Chef De Cuisine – All Day Dining

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking an experienced Chef De Cuisine to lead the All Day Dining operations at Madinat Jumeirah Resort. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef/Executive Chef, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality culinary experiences that reflect the resort’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Address guest complaints promptly, either directly or by escalating to senior chefs.
• Monitor team schedules and ensure staff in designated sections work efficiently and adhere to service standards.
• Support Food & Beverage events and culinary competitions as directed by senior management.
• Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef/Executive Chef to design special menus, promotions, and revenue‑generating events.
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations throughout the kitchen.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years (60 months) of professional culinary experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑volume all‑day dining operation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide kitchen staff.
