Southern Sun Hotel Abu Dhabi is looking for a passionate, hard-working team player to join its kitchen team as Chef De Partie for Arabic Sweets and Pastry. The hotel values its employees and offers opportunities to grow within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Manage kitchen costs and stock control in line with departmental policies and procedures.
- Manage staff fairly, in line with legislation and group policies.
- Maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the kitchen and everyone working in it.
- Implement action plans that ensure food production runs optimally so guests' expectations are exceeded.
- Facilitate effective cooperation between departments so guests' expectations are met.
- Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high-quality standards.
Required profile
- Experience in Arabic Sweets and Pastry.
- Ability to work as part of a team and deliver high-quality results.
