Chef De Partie – Bakery

About the role

The Lime Tree Cafe & Kitchen is seeking a motivated Chef De Partie for its bakery section in Dubai. You will be responsible for producing a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and other baked goods that meet the brand’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, bake and finish breads, pastries, cakes and other bakery items following recipes.
• Organise the bakery workstation, manage stock levels and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to guarantee consistent product quality.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety standards, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
• Support menu development by contributing creative bakery ideas.
• Train and mentor junior bakery staff and collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a professional bakery or pastry environment, preferably as a Chef De Partie.
• Strong foundation in culinary and baking techniques.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork.
