About the role

Join the legendary team at The Lana – Dorchester Collection in Dubai as a Chef de Partie. You will work in a luxury hotel kitchen, delivering the highest standards of food quality and guest experience while learning from award‑winning culinary mentors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict food quality control and ensure timely food rotation.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine on menu changes, specials, and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor food shortages and contribute to the development of seasonal food and beverage activities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest culinary trends and apply creativity to menu execution.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month professional kitchen experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high‑end hospitality environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented kitchen.
