Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie specialized in Indian cuisine to join our kitchen team at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily food preparation, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting the service team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily mise‑en‑place and produce dishes across various kitchen sections, including satellite stations.
• Coordinate tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef and follow their instructions.
• Maintain consistent quality, stay updated with new recipes, products and preparation techniques.
• Lead and train sub‑ordinates, supervise buffet setups and special functions.
• Monitor cleanliness, waste, and cost control while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Completed professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course.
• Previous experience in reputable establishments with strong culinary skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Positive, dynamic, and able to work in a multicultural, high‑pressure environment.
