About the role

Join the culinary team at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai as a Chef de Partie – VNTG. You will work in a dynamic 5‑star hotel kitchen, preparing high‑quality dishes for a range of international restaurants and ensuring seamless service for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare special meals and substitute items according to menu specifications.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to maintain food quality.
• Pull food from freezer storage and manage proper thawing procedures.
• Assist senior chefs with mise en place, plating, and timely service.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a high‑volume, upscale hotel or resort kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
