Chef de Rang – Fine Dining Service

About the role

Join La Petite Maison’s Abu Dhabi outlet as a Chef de Rang, delivering the signature French‑Mediterranean hospitality that the brand is renowned for. You will be the primary point of contact for guests at your tables, ensuring every visit reflects the LPM standard of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Follow LPM service steps and standards, clearly explaining the concept to guests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of LPM food and beverage offerings to answer guest queries and suggest signature dishes.
• Keep tables clean and presentable throughout service.
• Provide a memorable guest experience, adding personal flair while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Handle guest complaints positively and report escalations to the supervisor when necessary.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage, including at least two years in a similar role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.

Required skills

• Knowledge of LPM menu and beverage offerings.
