About the role

Rotana Hotels in Abu Dhabi is looking for a passionate Chef Tournant to lead kitchen operations, uphold the highest culinary standards, and support the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistency and top quality in taste, presentation, and temperature of all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of food displays according to SOPs.
• Drive creativity in food presentation and menu execution.
• Monitor and control food cost to protect profit margins.
• Implement HACCP and adhere to municipal hygiene standards at all times.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for culinary colleagues and promote health and safety.

Required profile

• Completed professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training program.
• At least two years of experience in reputable establishments.
• Excellent culinary techniques and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and under pressure.
