Chief Data Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Data Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge digital data projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. Based in our Dubai office, you will guide large‑scale initiatives for a global digital consulting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust database solutions and models for storing and retrieving company data.
• Analyse client operations, applications and programming to identify database structural requirements.
• Ensure database implementations comply with internal and external regulations.
• Install and organise information systems to guarantee client functionality.
• Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
• Oversee migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Monitor system performance through regular testing, troubleshooting and integration of new features.
• Recommend improvements for existing and new database systems.
• Provide training, mentorship and timely support to team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data science or data analysis roles.
• Strong knowledge of database structure principles and data mining techniques.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Prior consulting experience is a plus.
