Chief Executive Officer – Healthcare Catering

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑savvy, entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to launch and grow our healthcare catering business in the United Arab Emirates. The CEO will combine strategic vision with hands‑on operational leadership to build a profitable, sustainable service for hospitals, clinics and other care facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the UAE business strategy, growth plan and operational roadmap.
• Lead contract mobilisation, procurement, production, logistics and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with nutritional, dietary, cultural and food‑safety standards (HACCP, hygiene).
• Develop and manage client relationships with healthcare institutions and government bodies.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion through new contracts and partnerships.
• Establish scalable operating systems, policies and performance controls.
• Oversee staffing models, training programmes and service‑excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in healthcare, hospital or institutional catering.
• Proven track record of building and scaling contract‑catering operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead business development and negotiations.
• Hands‑on leadership style with focus on operational excellence.
