Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Regulated Forex Brokerage, Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial function of a regulated Forex brokerage based in Dubai. The CFO will shape financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, banking partners and other external stakeholders.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, treasury management and capital requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management and shareholders.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage tax planning, financial risk management and corporate governance processes.
• Support M&A activities, business expansion initiatives and strategic decision‑making.
• Build, mentor and manage the finance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance or senior finance executive within Forex, CFD, Fintech, financial services or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations for regulated financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, ACA or CFA preferred.
• Experience managing regulatory reporting, audits and multi‑jurisdictional financial operations.
