Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation's finance function, ensuring strong financial performance, effective governance and disciplined decision‑making. Based in Dubai, the CFO will also oversee Finance Shared Services and drive efficiency, standardisation and transformation across the finance organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy to support growth, profitability and long‑term objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting and performance analysis.
• Oversee accounting, controllership, treasury, tax, cash flow, working capital and statutory reporting.
• Manage Finance Shared Services (AP, AR, GL, Record‑to‑Report) and drive process improvement, automation and cost optimisation.
• Establish and monitor financial controls, policies, governance frameworks and approval processes.
• Lead enterprise and financial risk management, including liquidity, credit, FX, compliance and fraud mitigation.
• Oversee internal and external audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic investments, acquisitions and capital allocation.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives such as ERP optimisation, digitalisation and analytics.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance organisation with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 20+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior roles such as CFO, Finance Director or Regional CFO.
• Proven track record in financial management, FP&A, accounting, treasury and risk management.
• Experience leading large finance teams and shared‑services functions.
• Strong governance, audit and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Ability to influence C‑level executives and drive strategic initiatives.

What we offer

• Salary range 60,000 – 70,000 AED per month plus benefits.
