Chief Financial Officer

About the role

Calo Inc. is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial transformation as the company prepares for an IPO. Based in Dubai, you will shape the financial engine that supports rapid growth across seven markets and ensure the organization meets public‑company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a financial roadmap aimed at IPO readiness, including capital allocation, M&A advisory, and investor‑grade reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for a $200M+ revenue business, driving profitability and cost discipline.
• Own the P&L, analyze unit economics, and partner with business leaders to translate data into actionable insights.
• Build and maintain robust ERP and financial systems, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations.
• Establish strong governance, audit readiness, and internal controls to meet public‑company standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in high‑growth, consumer‑focused companies.
• Demonstrated success preparing a company for IPO, with knowledge of Saudi Tadawul listing requirements considered a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence board‑level discussions.
