Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function of Jizan Perfumes LLC, shaping financial strategy to support the company’s growth and expansion plans. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the CFO will oversee a team of 20‑25 finance professionals across tax, accounting, treasury and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Oversee financial planning, accounting, taxation, audit, compliance and reporting in accordance with IFRS, UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to the Board and senior management, monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead finance process improvements, ERP enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional designations such as ACCA, CA or CPA preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team of 20+ members.
