About the role

UMO, a stealth‑mode FinTech venture, is building an AI‑powered money platform that unifies fiat, crypto and investments. As Chief Product Officer you will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for regulated financial products, shaping a platform that serves individuals—business owners, artists, freelancers—rather than market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of a minimal licensable product and evolve it into a full‑featured, agentic financial platform.
• Build and manage the product organization: recruit, mentor, and foster a culture of data literacy and high performance.
• Architect a financial ecosystem designed for autonomous agents, integrating AI as the core operating model.
• Prioritize scope and delivery timelines, cutting scope deliberately to maintain quality.
• Embed regulatory, compliance and audit requirements as core product inputs.
• Collaborate with the CTO to align technical feasibility with product goals.
• Serve as the primary bridge for shared understanding across the company.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in regulated financial or fintech environments.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to operate autonomously alongside founders.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering zero‑to‑one products under tight timelines.
