About the role
Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is looking for a detail‑oriented CID Agent to manage guest registration data in line with local CID regulations. You will ensure accurate data entry, timely reporting to authorities, and smooth coordination with the front‑desk team.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately input guest registration information into the CID system.
- Ensure compliance with local laws regarding guest identification.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with the front‑desk team to collect necessary guest data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all guest records.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and relevant software.
- Knowledge of local CID regulations.
