CID Data Entry Agent

About the role

The CID Data Entry Agent supports the front‑office team by ensuring that all guest information is accurately recorded in the CID system for Novotel & Adagio properties. This role is essential for maintaining up‑to‑date guest records and enabling smooth check‑in and check‑out processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update guest details in the CID system within two hours of arrival or departure.
• Synchronise check‑in and check‑out data across the online Novotel & Adagio platforms.
• Follow all Front Office procedures linked to the CID system.
• Report any system or data issues promptly to the Manager or Supervisor.
• Maintain the CID log book each shift, noting system status, counts, and any incidents.
• Ensure all guest documentation is complete and current.
• Assist in building guest loyalty through friendly, personalized interactions.
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and forward relevant information to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with reception and other hotel teams.
• Proactive in identifying and communicating issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using the CID system and online hotel management platforms.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
