Citizenship & Residency Advisor – Client Advisor (Dubai)

About the role

AG Mena, a leading multi‑services firm in the UAE, is looking for a dynamic Citizenship & Residency Advisor to join its Dubai team. You will work directly with high‑net‑worth individuals, guiding them through a range of second‑citizenship and residency programmes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads interested in citizenship and residency programmes, including Caribbean and European options.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Research, prepare and conduct meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners and client prospects.
• Generate new business leads and achieve high conversion rates.
• Provide detailed information to clients on available citizenship and residency solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in the second‑citizenship/residency sector.
• Based in Dubai with proven experience serving HNWI clients.
• Background in client‑facing investment, private banking or wealth management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a bonus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
