Civil 3D Modeler/BIM Engineer (Dry & Wet Utilities)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil 3D Modeler/BIM Engineer specializing in dry and wet utilities to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves creating detailed 3D models and implementing BIM practices for civil engineering utility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of dry and wet utility systems using Autodesk Civil 3D and other BIM tools.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate utility designs into overall project models and resolve design conflicts.
• Analyze and optimise utility layouts to improve efficiency and reduce clashes.
• Create detailed construction documentation and drawings for stakeholder review.
• Implement BIM standards and perform quality control checks on models and documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in utility design and BIM modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM processes on civil engineering projects.
• Autodesk Civil 3D certification is preferred.
