About the role
We are looking for a motivated Civil Construction Helper to support daily activities on our construction sites in Abu Dhabi. The role involves performing unskilled physical tasks, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lift, carry and transport materials up to 50 lb, including blocks and bricks, to designated areas.
- Set up hangars, square and spiral ducts, and operate a scissor lift when required.
- Work on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, and perform tasks at various heights.
- Assist plumbers, carpenters, electricians and technicians with routine site work.
- Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE at all times, and attend Toolbox Talks.
- Help reduce waste and control costs through efficient work practices.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Physically strong and able to perform manual labour for extended periods.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.
Required skills
- Basic hand‑tool knowledge.
- Scissor lift operation.
