Civil Construction Manager

About the role

The Civil Construction Manager will lead large‑scale construction projects from start‑up to handover, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget and schedule targets. This senior position requires strong coordination with multiple stakeholders and a deep understanding of UAE contracting practices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, guaranteeing compliance with specifications and standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and supervise site operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and client representatives.
• Monitor progress, identify and resolve site‑related issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction contracting within the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
