About the role
Careers International is recruiting a Civil Engineer in Dubai to lead the execution of interior fit-out projects, both commercial and residential. The role covers site supervision, compliance with local standards and reporting to management and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution of interior fit-out projects (commercial and residential)
- Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings
- Supervise daily site operations, subcontractors and labour teams
- Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality and civil defence standards
- Manage materials, quality checks and timely progress
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management and clients
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
- UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out
- DM approval is mandatory
- UAE driving licence is required
