Civil Engineer – Quantity Survey

About the role

ADNOC is seeking a Civil Engineer specialized in Quantity Surveying to support its Projects & Engineering Department. The role involves analysing project requirements, preparing scopes of work, performing quantity take‑offs and cost estimations, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse project requirements and coordinate scope of works with engineering teams.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Develop project briefs, quotation approval forms, and project schedules.
• Monitor performance of internal sections, consultants and contractors on capital projects.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, specifications and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Provide technical advice on construction, refurbishment or maintenance concepts.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in civil engineering quantity surveying.
• Proven ability to manage project cost estimation and budgeting.
• Experience interacting with contractors, consultants and internal project teams.
