Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor

About the role

Villacare Plus is seeking a proactive Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to lead interior fit‑out, renovation and maintenance projects for residential villas and commercial properties across Dubai. The role involves overseeing projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage interior fit‑out, renovation and maintenance works on villas and commercial sites.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys and prepare technical recommendations.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, BOQs, material estimates and cost estimations.
• Develop project budgets, monitor expenses and track labour, material and subcontractor costs.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily site activities to meet project timelines.
• Lead and supervise site technicians, subcontractors and labour teams.
• Maintain accurate daily work reports and project documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma holder or Civil Engineer with at least 36 months of relevant experience in UAE, GCC or India.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and interior fit‑out processes.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal departments and external vendors.
