Civil Fit-Out Supervisor

About the role

The Civil Fit-Out Supervisor will lead daily civil modification and renovation activities on site, ensuring works are carried out safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate with engineers, project managers, subcontractors and other site teams to deliver fit‑out projects efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil modification and renovation tasks, including gypsum, veneer, glass partitions, screeding, flooring, tiling, waterproofing, painting and ceiling works.
• Review approved drawings, specifications and method statements before work commences.
• Prepare estimations for PTW and TDC proposals and submit quality documents (MSF, MIR, WIR).
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and progress, maintaining daily progress reports.
• Coordinate demolition, modification work and ensure compliance with HSE requirements and risk assessments.
• Inspect completed works, identify defects and oversee rectification.
• Manage subcontractor performance, material availability and resolve day‑to‑day site issues.
• Collaborate with MEP teams to avoid conflicts and attend site inspections with consultants or client representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in civil modification, renovation, fit‑out or maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials and ability to read construction drawings.
• Effective manpower and subcontractor management skills.
• Good communication, coordination abilities and capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
