Civil Foreman

About the role

The Civil Foreman will lead civil construction activities on high‑rise and villa projects within the UAE, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role requires an immediate start and close coordination with project managers and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct on‑site civil work crews, ensuring tasks are performed to specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance on high‑rise and villa sites.
• Manage material usage and site logistics.
• Report daily site status to the project management team.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant civil construction experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience on high‑rise building and villa projects.
• Availability to join immediately.

Required skills

• Knowledge of high‑rise building construction methods.
• Familiarity with villa construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Understanding of site safety regulations.
