Civil Foreman

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to lead daily civil works on a high‑rise building construction project. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating manpower, and ensuring that all civil works are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities and site manpower.
• Manage concrete, blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Read and interpret construction and shop drawings.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, MEP teams, and other trades.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report daily updates.
• Inspect completed works, address defects promptly, and enforce HSE requirements.
• Control materials, tools, and manpower to minimise waste.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of relevant civil construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Civil Foreman on high‑rise building projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
