Civil Inspector Night Shift

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a dedicated Civil Inspector to work the night shift on construction projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring that all works comply with contract drawings, specifications, local codes and international best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by contractors and act promptly.
• Review shop drawings against contract documents, specifications, local codes and statutory requirements.
• Report any work that deviates from approved drawings and specifications to stakeholders.
• Monitor quality, safety, health and environmental aspects on site, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and risk assessments.
• Maintain daily site records, including progress photos, for easy inspection access.
• Prepare surveillance reports for identified deficiencies and issue Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a civil inspector, preferably on night‑shift projects.
• Familiarity with contract drawings, specifications, local building codes and statutory requirements.
• Ability to assess site quality and safety, including health and environmental issues.
• Strong documentation skills for daily records, progress photos and inspection reports.
