Civil Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Civil Maintenance Engineer will coordinate civil and building maintenance activities across ADNOC owned properties, including office buildings, VIP villas and leased facilities in Abu Dhabi and Ruwais. The role ensures that all civil works are performed to professional standards, within budget and according to contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and administer maintenance contracts, ensuring contractor compliance.
• Develop maintenance programs, technical feasibility studies and cost estimates for civil projects.
• Monitor civil maintenance activities against Service Level Agreements (SLA), KPIs and specifications.
• Guide Civil Supervisors on technical matters across all locations.
• Assist in the preparation and approval of annual preventive maintenance plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in civil engineering maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage contracts and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical skills for cost estimation and program planning.
