Civil Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer to lead interior fit‑out works on our Dubai projects. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality execution according to specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities for interior fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Review and verify drawings, ensuring execution matches approved designs and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, manpower and material usage to meet project deadlines.
• Enforce safety regulations and company procedures on site.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports and support project documentation.

Required profile

• Interior design, architecture diploma or civil engineering degree.
• 3–4 years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes and site execution methods.
• Ability to read drawings, manage multiple site activities and communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with capability to make on‑site revisions.
• Additional advantages: HSE certifications, driving licence, knowledge of MEP and HVAC.

Required skills

• Blueprint reading and drafting, including architectural, structural and MEP layouts.
• AutoCAD proficiency for quick site revisions.
• Interior finishes and joinery expertise.
• Site surveying and accurate measurement.
• MEP and HVAC coordination awareness.
