Civil Site Engineer - Residential

About the role

The client is a fast‑growing real‑estate developer in Dubai, delivering mid to high‑rise residential projects. They are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and execute daily civil and structural works on multi‑storey apartment buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site activities, subcontractors, manpower, materials and work sequencing for G+6 and higher residential towers.
• Supervise excavation, foundations, RCC structure, blockwork, waterproofing, plastering, screeding and finishing works.
• Coordinate with MEP, architectural and structural teams to resolve clashes and technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, consultant inspections, RFIs, snagging and handover processes.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and construction programme.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on site execution experience on multi‑storey residential projects (G+4 and above).
• Previous experience with a main contractor, building contractor or residential developer.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, formwork, rebar, concrete, blockwork, waterproofing, plastering and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
