Civil Site Engineer – Supervise Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer to lead and coordinate civil construction activities across our project sites in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure that all works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction and site operations.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and on‑site personnel.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedule adherence.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Verify materials and workmanship against project specifications.
• Resolve technical and site‑related issues in collaboration with the project team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Track quantities, measurements, and site documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site engineering.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
