About the role
Markin Engineering Consultancy seeks an experienced Civil Site Engineer to lead villa construction projects across Dubai. The role involves on‑site supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise villa construction activities on‑site, maintaining quality, safety, and schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout project execution.
- Monitor progress and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic inspection reports to Dubai Municipality and routine site reports.
- Identify and resolve site‑related issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure all construction work adheres to Dubai construction regulations and project requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience on villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and standards.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Experience using Dubai Municipality portals for inspections and reporting.
