Civil Supervisor – Construction (Immediate Joiners)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our construction team in Dubai on an immediate basis. This contract position will last for six months with the possibility of extension, offering you the chance to lead on‑site activities for a dynamic project.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on‑site.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor performance of contractors, subcontractors and site workers.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and materials efficiently to maximise productivity.
• Conduct daily site inspections to guarantee quality workmanship and compliance.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays and technical challenges in coordination with the project team.
• Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants and clients to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites, preferably in civil works.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site workers and resources effectively.
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
