Civil Works Manager (Depot & Online Buildings)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Works Manager to lead the planning, design, construction and maintenance of depot facilities and online buildings. You will ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget and schedule requirements while supporting efficient logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for depot and online building projects, from concept to handover.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee depot infrastructure, warehousing, logistics flow and building maintenance.
• Implement health, safety and environmental compliance programs and preventive maintenance plans.
• Respond to emergencies and infrastructure failures with timely solutions.
• Engage with internal departments, government agencies and community stakeholders to communicate updates.
• Recruit, train and evaluate civil works and depot staff, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil infrastructure, depot management or large‑scale construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of supply‑chain and logistics principles.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations in the UAE.
