Claims Officer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Claims Officer to manage and process insurance claims efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure fair claim resolutions in compliance with UAE insurance regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and investigate claim files to verify coverage, assess validity, and detect any inconsistencies.
• Communicate with clients, assessors, and hospitals (for medical claims) to gather necessary information and provide updates.
• Prepare detailed claim reports and make recommendations for approval or settlement.
• Ensure compliance with claim processing timelines and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate digital records of all claims and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling insurance claims in a professional setting.
• Strong documentation and analytical abilities to assess claim details thoroughly.
• Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in a related field.
