Client Advisor (Arabic speaker) – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Client Advisor to join our Alexander McQueen boutique in Dubai Mall. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver a memorable luxury shopping experience, building lasting relationships with our discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, providing expert knowledge of McQueen products, history and heritage.
• Identify and act on cross‑selling opportunities across all product categories.
• Develop and maintain personalized client relationships using CRM and digital retail tools.
• Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Achieve individual KPIs related to sales, client acquisition and retention.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Passion for luxury fashion and strong product knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑performance team.
