About the role
The Client Experience & Treatment Executive will execute and contribute to the CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group Digital strategy and business objectives. This role involves monitoring CRM usage, supporting data management systems, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and optimise team members' use of the CRM system, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide support and advice to maximise the effectiveness of data management and external communications systems.
- Analyse digital channel best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing and feedback.
- Collect and express business requirements using interviews, document and workflow analysis.
- Conduct customer and market research and generate standard insights.
Required profile
- Short‑cycle tertiary education.
- Sound experience with straightforward procedures or systems.
- Basic experience coordinating the work of others.
