Client Experience & Wardrobe Stylist

About the role

The Client Experience and Wardrobe Stylist works closely with the Client Experience Business Lead to deliver a seamless, high‑touch wardrobe management service for Dubai’s luxury clientele. The role combines in‑home wardrobe detox, digital cataloguing, personal styling and coordination of resale, donation and storage services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Client Experience Business Lead and build strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, attending appointments in their homes.
• Conduct wardrobe detoxes, organise and digitise clients’ wardrobes, and create personalised digital dashboards.
• Provide personal styling advice, assemble outfits for various occasions and recommend strategic purchases.
• Coordinate resale, donation, alteration and storage services while maintaining accurate records.
• Manage client scheduling, communications and follow‑up to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience in fashion, luxury retail, styling or a comparable client‑facing luxury environment.
• Proven experience working with affluent or high‑net‑worth clients, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s luxury fashion landscape, designers, boutiques and client expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a polished, discreet demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client appointments and handle confidential information.
