Client Relations Officer

About the role

The Client Relations Officer will act as the primary link between Inspire Integrated Services' valued clients and the operational teams within the Integrated Facilities Management division. You will ensure client satisfaction, coordinate service delivery, and support infrastructure projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive, professional relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with the Operations department to align service delivery with contractual obligations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Support planning and coordination of infrastructure projects, including MEP, civil works, and irrigation system design.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Assist in material specification reviews and utility infrastructure planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise client service processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate technical design and drafting details clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management or a related field.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus.
• Proven experience in client‑facing roles within operations or facilities management.
• Knowledge of MEP, civil infrastructure, irrigation systems and utility planning.
• Professional certifications in facilities management, project coordination or client services are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Proficiency with BIM tools.
• Experience using CRM systems for client interaction tracking.
