Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will lead corporate services and company formation activities for a well‑established international organisation operating across UAE free zones. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, licensing, and visa processes while maintaining high‑level service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end company formation and corporate service operations for clients in Dubai free zones and mainland.
• Manage client onboarding, licensing, visa processing, and corporate structuring.
• Liaise with government authorities, free‑zone authorities, and internal teams to secure approvals and maintain compliance.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships, addressing queries and providing strategic advice.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations departments to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in client relations, corporate services, company formation, or business‑setup consultancy within the UAE.
• Proven track record in managing licensing, visa processing, and corporate structuring projects.
• Deep familiarity with Dubai free‑zone and mainland jurisdictions and experience dealing with relevant authorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UAE company formation processes.
• Understanding of licensing and visa processing regulations.
• Experience with corporate structuring and client onboarding procedures.
