About the role

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and self‑motivated Client Relationships Manager to join our fast‑paced Client Relations team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to our clients while supporting business development in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Handle client inquiries and ensure a high level of service.
• Perform personal clientele analysis and take appropriate actions.
• Communicate new product launches, promotions, and terms to clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and company procedures.
• Provide suggestions for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve targeted results.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Experience handling clients in the financial services sector (advantageous).
• Fluent in Uzbek and Russian with excellent oral and written English.
• Reliable, integrity‑driven, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, innovative, target‑oriented.
• Valid work permit for the UAE.
