Client Services Officer (Dubai)

About the role

Tickmill is seeking a bilingual Client Services Officer to join its Dubai team. You will provide professional support to clients in both Arabic and English across multiple communication channels, helping them with account management and trading‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via phone, email, live chat and other channels with account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals and general inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues related to trading platforms, account management, trade execution and technical functionality.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients on Tickmill’s products, trading platforms, tools and resources.
• Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or sales within a regulated financial services environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• College or university degree.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication abilities.
• Professional attitude, self‑motivation, team spirit and a positive, can‑do mindset.
• Willingness to work public holidays and morning shifts as required.
