Client Solutions Manager (Retail & Ecommerce) – Arabic Speaking – Dubai

About the role

The Client Solutions Manager will join TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team in Dubai, helping advertisers and agencies grow their businesses on the platform. The role focuses on post‑sale relationship management, campaign performance optimisation and delivering data‑driven insights for Arabic‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand post‑sale relationships with advertisers of all sizes, driving upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.
• Coordinate with internal ad‑ops, product, R&D and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and inventory allocation.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance, providing actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues during campaigns.
• Support pre‑sale activities, including research, pitch preparation and business reviews.
• Gather marketplace feedback to inform TikTok’s advertising strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or client services within digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing performance advertisers and understanding their challenges.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Fluent in Arabic and English for direct commercial engagement.
• Proactive attitude, excellent project‑management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
