Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate, timely information based on client needs and company procedures.
• Assist clients with questions, account‑related issues, and service concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver effective solutions professionally.
• Follow up to confirm that client requests are resolved.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests, and resolutions.
• Monitor open requests and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Identify recurring concerns and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Uphold a professional, responsive, client‑focused approach in all interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client support, customer service, account management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple client requests while maintaining service quality.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
