Clinic Accountant – Medical Center

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our clinic in Al Barsha, Dubai. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations. You will work closely with the clinic management team to ensure financial stability and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records, including income, expenses, purchases and payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial statements.
• Monitor clinic expenses, cash flow and prepare expense reports.
• Handle VAT documentation and coordinate with auditors when required.
• Maintain employee salary, supplier and payment records.
• Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and updated.
• Support management with financial analysis and budgeting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting.
• ACCA qualification or equivalent certification.
• Own valid UAE residence visa.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and VAT procedures.
