Clinic Helper

About the role

Join our clinical team at Dr Joy Dental Clinic in Burjuman, Dubai, as a Clinic Helper. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors, supporting the overall operation of the dental practice.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the clinic in line with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements.
• Perform mopping, toilet cleaning, and general cleaning tasks throughout the facility.
• Prepare and serve tea and coffee to patients and visitors as a hostess.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist clinic staff with ad‑hoc cleaning and minor support duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a clinic or similar helper role.
• Understanding of hygiene standards and cleaning processes in a clinical setting.
• Basic communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning and hostess tasks throughout the day.
