Clinic Manager

About the role

The client is a European medical aesthetics brand expanding in Dubai, offering a premium patient experience based on natural, conservative results. They seek an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high service standards, and support the clinic’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
• Lead, coordinate, and support the clinic team to maintain high performance, professionalism, and patient care.
• Manage the overall patient journey, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Monitor appointments, staff schedules, resources, supplies, and other operational requirements.
• Support sales, patient retention, and clinic performance by tracking key operational and business targets.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinic policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with management and the medical team to support the launch, growth, and ongoing development of the clinic.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably within aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, patient experience, team management, and customer service.
• Previous UAE healthcare or aesthetic clinic experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of sales, patient retention, and clinic performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished approach.
• Ability to thrive in a startup or growing clinic environment and help establish robust operational standards.
