Clinical Dietitian – UAE National

About the role

The Clinical Dietitian (Level 1) will provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to in‑patients, out‑patients, home‑care and kidney‑care clients across our health‑care facilities. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will apply the American Dietetic Association Nutrition Care Process to ensure evidence‑based, patient‑centred nutrition care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients using the Nutrition Care Process (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring).
• Develop and implement therapeutic diet plans in collaboration with food service and clinical staff.
• Document comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions according to facility policies.
• Supervise and liaise with food service regarding therapeutic menus and inventory of nutrition consumables.
• Participate in departmental standards, quality improvement projects and revenue‑generation activities where appropriate.
• Communicate nutrition care plans and complex information clearly to patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• UAE national with a degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.
• Registered dietitian or equivalent professional qualification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
