Clinical Educator - Pediatrics

About the role

The Clinical Educator – Pediatrics will lead learning and development initiatives for nursing teams within the pediatric department of American Hospital Dubai. Working closely with the Nursing Manager and Nursing Department, you will ensure staff competence aligns with the hospital’s mission and Joint Commission International standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational programs for assigned nursing units.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify learning needs and develop curricula.
• Deliver bedside teaching to enhance clinical competence of nursing staff.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for other nursing units as required.
• Monitor and report on program effectiveness and accreditation compliance.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with experience in pediatric care.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver educational programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
